Ok so... ;)

As a lot of you already know Jon and I changed our plans on the spur of the moment.  We got married this past Tuesday (the 19th).  There are a lot of reason why we decided to go a head and do this, but the main reason was, "Why wait?"  We are both really happy with our decision.  We still plan to have a small reception/party sometime soon, and I will still keep everyone updated on when and where that will be.

Reception

I think most everyone knows that we aren't going to have a formal ceremony.  Going to have a non-traditional reception for all of our close friends and family.  I will be sending out invitations soon so keep a look out for that!!  :)
Also, a lot of our updates will probably be posted on the left side of the right side of the page... such as dates and address's. 
Going to go look at invitations either tomorrow or sometime this week!!!

1st Official Post!

Jon and I first got engaged on December 23, 2009.  We have started planning for our wedding and we have officially set the date for Friday, May 21st, 2010.   I decided to start a blog to help us keep track of everything going on in our lives and to also help us step by step with the wedding planning.  We have ALOT to do in a very short amount of time.  Jon and I have both decided that we don't want to have a traditional wedding.  We are going to have a very small ceremony and focus our attention on a very nice reception.  We are inviting all of our closest family and friends and what we have planned so far is going to be very meaningful for both of us.  I am very grateful for all the help that has been offered and all the help I am receiving from my friends, family, and my future family.  Seriously, I don't know where we would be right now without all of you guys.  I'm going to update this page pretty frequently as more plans get made so please be sure to check back often!  Any comments, thoughts, and suggestions are always welcome so I think this blogsite is going to be a very convenient and open to have a part in it.
